Fancy Gadam has said that he hasn’t featured Diamond Platnumz on a project yet because he can’t afford his fee.
According to the award-winning singer, the Tanzanian megastar charged him a whopping $50,000 equivalent to 587,500.00 Ghana cedis when he reached out to him for a feature.
He said the thrilling urge of getting the ‘Kolo Kolo’ singer on a song was heavily influenced by his fans, and this was after he released his ‘Kom’ song.
“After I released my song ‘KOM they were growing calls for me to get a collaboration with Diamond Platnumz of Tanzania. But when I and my team contacted them, they were demanding Gh¢ 50,000 which we thought was too much” he said.
Fancy Gadam disclosed this during an interview on Suhupielli 103.3 Fm in Tamale.
Meanwhile, he (Fancy Gadam) has a show on October 22 at the Aliu Mahama Sports Stadium in Tamale.
