Black Stars goalkeeper Joojo Wallacott keeps 3rd clean sheet as Charlton Athletic win 3-0 in England

Ghana goalkeeper Joojo Wallacott was in a superb form for his English League One side Charlton Athletic in their comprehensive 3-0 home win over Portsmouth in their league game played on Tuesday evening.

The Black Stars goalkeeper, lasted the entire duration of the game and also kept a clean sheet, his third of the campaign in this Round 14 encounter.

Wallacott, was rated at 7.7 on an evening Charlton Athletic recorded their fourth win of the campaign at The Valley.

The Black Stars no. 1, will hope to keep his good form going as the FIFA World Cup approaches, with Ghana set to compete at the tournament in Qatar in November and December.

Ghana coach Otto Addo will name his squad for the event just before the competition starts, and Wallacott will hope to be in the selection as the Black Stars make a fourth appearance at the Mundial.

He has made 29 saves in 13 matches for Charlton Athletic so far this season, and this should get him into the 26-man squad that Otto Addo will name for the competition baring any unforeseen circumstances.
