A journalist and a former Manager at Airtel Ghana Raymond Ablorh has remarked that if Ghanaians are scared of the Akufo-Addo’s today, then he wonder if this generation could have fought for independence from our colonial masters.
In a post shared on his official Facebook page on Sunday, 16th October 2022, he wrote that sometimes, he wonder if our generation could have done the work our forefathers did without all the technologies at our disposal today to win independence.
“If we’re so scared of the Nana Akufo-Addos and their cronies today that we have to look elsewhere, shut up or align to avoid their vindictiveness, how could we have fought for independence from the colonialists?” Raymond Ablorh remarked.
He added that if you can’t deal with internal oppressors, you’ve already lost the battle against external oppressors.
He asserted that, now Ghana are at the mercy of neo colonialist institutions like IMF.
