Massive reactions as UTV Ghana shares a picture on social media platforms.
Acccording to the viral news circulating all over the internet, the Ghana Police Service Department has arrested a wrong person, over a criminal and unlawful activities and behaviors that a man engaged himself in.
This came by, after a video of a violent father flogging and maltreating his own child surfaced online. The Ghana Police Service made all efforts to arrest this man, but the most difficult part of it is that his whereabout is hidden. Nobody seems to know where he stays and lives.
Recently, news circulated that this man had been arrested by the police, and this excited a lot of Ghanaian citizens. So all the people in Ghana knew that the wicked and violent father of the little child was in police custody.
Just recently, UTV Ghana updated a picture on their verified Facebook handle, which reveals that the man who was arrested by the police over the recent viral video of the little child who was maltreated by his violent father is not the real culprit. Meaning that the police has arrested the wrong man.
After this picture had reached the internet, almost all social media users who are Ghanaians expressed their views and ideas about the mistake that the police has made by arresting a wrong person.
Edward Kyei Baffour wrote that, the Ghana Police Service has done their mistake again.
Joel Boakye also wrote that, the Ghana Police Service are not serious at all for arresting the wrong culprit. He added that the young man whom the police arrested and detained must be compensated.
Portia Oduru Gaisey also wrote that, she is very sure that the man who is behind this crime is busily laughing at the Ghana police.
