As the sun rises and day breaks, night comes as the sun sets. We are active and more energetic in the morning as compared to when night falls. Naturally, when night falls the body evenly weakens for sleep. But for rest to take place, the body needs to be at rest and with little movement.

But due to our lifestyle to cooperate socially, we let ourselves be influenced by technology and mobile phones. We then spend more time going through social media and evenly eat through out sleep time, this as a result makes us not able to reach our required rest time.

In other to curb this circumstance, we ought to know the appropriate time that we actually need to go to bed. This will help us to maximize the use of our time to complete every task before bedtime. From research, the appropriate time to sleep is around 10 pm. But it is also good to attempt to rest before the actual time, this will help gain more rest. And making a schedule is also advisable to follow.
