Your skin regenerates itself at night on an average day, and if you haven’t cleaned it, it won’t be able to do so efficiently.
Bad diet.
We frequently consume processed fruits, which may deprive our bodies of the nutrients that they need to function effectively. A poor diet, especially one high in sugar, may have an impact on your skin, causing loss of suppleness and even the possibility of breakouts.
Inadequate sleep.
