2022 Ga Manste Cup: Accra Great Olympics to face Asante Kotoko on November 27 in Accra

Wonder Club Accra Great Olympics will face their Ghanaian top-flight counterparts Asante Kotoko for the 2022 Ga Manste Cup contest.

The game will be played at the Accra Sports Stadium on Sunday, November 27 with a giant trophy and a cash prize at stake for the winners.

This year’s Ga Manste Cup contest, was originally scheduled to be played between capital rivals Accra Great Olympics and Accra Hearts of Oak, but, the later pulled out of the contest for unexplained reasons.

With the 2022/23 betPawa Premier League on hold following the court action taken by AshantiGold SC against the Ghana Football Association, GFA, this will be a good opportunity for both Great Olympics and Asante Kotoko to prepare for the resumption of the competition.

Great Olympics, have dominated this annual cup contest against Hearts of Oak in the past, and, they will look to extend that dominance to Hearts’ bitter rivals Asante Kotoko in this contest.

Both set of fans, will eagerly look up to this game between Olympics and Kotoko, as their league and knock out contests in the past has revealed.
