I Will Play For Ghana – Player Makes U-Turn After Rejecting Call Up

RC Lens player, Abdul Samed Salis has made a u-turn on his decision to not play for Ghana. The player was rumoured to have been called up to the Black Stars by Coach Otto Addo but the player declined the invitation.

Speaking about the issue, the player denied the claim of refusing to play for the Black Stars but rather sighted an injury concern as the reason for his initial decision. The player said “I will go, if I don’t have any issues, like at the moment. Hundred times. I won’t even think twice about it. It is my dream to play for the national team.”

The Black Stars currently has issues in the midfield area of the team as Thomas Partey’s injury woes continue. Samed Salis is one of the top rated midfielders in the French Ligue and has earned a lot of praise in recent weeks for his performance.
