TV3 Ghana posted a picture of former President John Agyekum Kuffour on Its heavily followed social media platform.
Even though the rationale for posting the picture was not indicated, the post has been described by the media station as the ” Photo of the day”. Why would this picture be posted at a time when the world is mourning Queen Elizabeth II?
Well, the picture had former President Kuffour standing beside three great people; the former First Lady Theresa Kuffour, Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip.
It is sad to note that both Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip have died peacefully. Prince Philip died at 99 years on April 9, 2021, whilst Queen Elizabeth II died peacefully on September 8, 2022, at the age of 96years.
The picture also tells the world about how affable the British Monarch has proven. Queen Elizabeth II has effectively led the commonwealth of nations.
Many Ghanaians have described the picture as adorable.
