He also made his second world cup hat trick achievement on June 21, 1998 in France against Jamaica national football team. He scored his first goal on 73th minute, 78th minute and concluded a hat trick on the 83th minute. With this achievement, he is recognized as the only footballer with two hat in two world cup tournament in the world.
2. Guillermo Stabile
Guillermo Stabile is an Argentine former professional footballer and a manager. In the year 1930 in which the first world cup tournament was began, Guillermo Stabile scored a hat for his national football team. The football game was played between Argentina football team and Mexico football team in Uruguay, and it ended on 6-3 against Mexico. Guillermo scored on the 8th minute, 17th minute and 80th minute.
3. Gonzalo Higuain
Gonzalo Higuain is an Argentine professional footballer who plays as a striker for Juventus. He added his name to the list of the Argentina footballers who have scored three goals in the world cup tournament in the year 2010 in South Africa. His national football team battled against South Korea on the 17th July, 2010. He scored his first goal on the 33th minute and added the rest on the 76th and 80th minutes of the time duration.
