[Interesting] Global Info Analytics Set To Release Polled Results With 5,505 Voters In Total

Global Info Analytics is practically first in Polls when it comes to analytical analysis on the Global political, social, and economic plate, and the best in demystifying it into verisimilitude.

In the renowned Global Info Analytics’ upcoming national opinion poll, they intend to publish the correlation analysis of samples allocated to each constituency and the corresponding voter population of the constituency according to the EC 2020 register.

Methodology: A total sample of 5,505 voters would be interviewed. Each region was first allocated a sample from 5506 based on the region’s voter population. The results from each region were further allocated to the randomly selected constituencies from the region based on the total registered voters in those constituencies.

A minimum of three (3) electoral areas will be selected and polled in October 2022 National Opinion Poll which starts on 1st October 2022.

Following in the footsteps of GSS and CHRAJ, they have included the following question which may or may not affirm the results of the corruption perception reports of GSS and CDD in Ghana.

(a) Which state institutions come to mind when you think of corruption in Ghana?

This question will be an unprompted recall, which means that the interviewer will not give voters the options to choose from but rather, voters will be required to give names of those institutions the voter believe are corrupt, the interviewer will simply record the institutions mentioned.

The list the interviewers have been provided to select from was compiled based on the GSS and CHRAJ lists. Those that are not on the list will be recorded as others.

This approach avoids the accusation of “why us and not them” that we saw when the GSS Corruption report was released. This will be “unprompted corrupt institutions recall”.
