Charles Bissue Meets Paul Adom To Tell Him His Side Of Story; Reveals More Facts About Aisha Huang

Charles Tissue, a staunch New Patriotic Party member, stormed the videos of Metro TV to engage Paul Adom Otchere on various issues about illegal mining.

Readers can recall how Charles Bissue was caught on Anas Video allegedly accepting a bribe equivalent to 2500pounds. Did he accept bribes from persons who wanted him to help them do illegal mining?

Was it a set-up to disgrace him? Has Charles Bissue been declared innocent? Did he collect the money for some political party reasons and not galamsey?

According to Paul Adom Otchere, Charles Bissue is knowledgeable about the operations of Aisha Huang and Paul, therefore, asked Charles several questions about the alleged ” Galamsey Queen”.

Charles Bissue explained how Aisha mined at Pipo Teng in the Ashanti Region and she became a popular illegal miner. He explained that small-scale mining is a reserve for the citizens who during the Rawlings era used an axe and hoe to mine.

According to Charles Bissue, even though he does not have adequate evidence, the galamsey got to the current state after the 2008 World Cup. He explained that the excavators used for the construction were left behind after building the stadia and that could be why the local people went for these machines to destroy the lands.

” I remember that a few years ago, we would cease excavators belonging to the popular Aisha Huang but she would bring three brand new excavators within the same week. One excavator cost 300,000US Dollars”.

” The way she kept buying the machines showed her financial power. We could not arrest her because she was not on the site. Aisha Huang may not be the only illegal miner and so the system should be worked on not the individuals who do the galamsey”
