In the early hours of Sunday, Wendy Shay caused a huge stir when she said Ghanaian artistes should be thankful that the world’s attention has shifted to Africa thanks to Nigerian artistes who are making Afrobeats very attractive.
We don’t know what Wendy Shay’s latest social media post was based on, but from where we stand, it’s completely childish and deserves all the flak Ghanaians have given it.

Rapper Tic Tac who is on record as being the first Hiplife artiste to coolabrate with a Nigerian artistes which opened the floodgates for Ghana, Nigeria collabs between other artistes, slammed Wendy Shay for her statement.

According to him, it’s rather the Nigerian artistes who should thank their Ghanaian counterparts for paving the way for them and not the other way roud.
