Ace broadcast journalist Kwasi Kyei Dankwah known popularly as KKD has recounted how his phones and dollars were taken away from him by Ashaiman robbers.
KKD made this revelation during an interview on Onua TV with Captain Smart. KKD has been in the news after he criticized the concert dancehall artist Stonebwoy organized at Ashaiman.

Recall that after the show, the police released a statement announcing that some 42 suspected armed robbers were arrested at the Ashaiman concert for different offenses.

These robbers were said to have attacked some fans who were attending the concert; collected their valuables including their phones. money, wigs, tablets, and others. Also, it was reported that some of these victims suffered from injuries during the attack.
Narrating some past experiences he had with some robbers at Ashaiman, KKD disclosed that he narrated how some robbers took away his phones and dollars from his car.

“I will plead with the organizers to maybe change the venue because that same Ashaiman route was where I was robbed. They took away all my phones and dollars in a bag. They took “Ahenema” slippers I was delivering to someone. It seems that we are gradually becoming a failed state”, KKD said.
