The weather update from the Ghana Meteorological Agency comes your way with another release dated on 12th September, 2022.
This communique seeks to inform the general public on the cloudiness of the weather with severe thunderstorms across many part of the country today.
The southern half of Ghana as at the release of this report is engulfed with cloudiness in most essential towns down-south.
With the 24 hours impact based forecast, Volta, Oti, and Bono East are currently experiencing covered with cloudy conditions in the places mentioned above.
These are likely to be extended to the early afternoon and through to the later part of the day.
Additionally, Koforidua, Kwahu Abetifi, Mpraeso, Amanfrom, Nkawkaw, Nkwatia, etc, all in the Eastern part of Ghana as at this early hours of the day is cloudy. However, the coastal belts forming part of the south is likely to see showers of rainfall in most part.
Essentially, Aflao, Accra, Cape Coast, Takoradi, Sunyani and its immediate environs are all expected to be cloudy.
Further, the Northern territories of Ghana is as well not left out.
It is likely that up-North will be cloudy as well. In the early part of today, thus, this morning, Bawku, Wa, Nalerigu, Yendi, Tamale, etc and the smaller towns are all to experience cloudiness.
As the day unfolds, these places will see slight showers of rains with thunderstorms.
The late evening is likely to see a heavy rainfall in the mentioned cities and towns.
Indigines are warned to take note of this report as it will be of benefit to them.
The condition of the weather puts the average temperature in 22 and 23 degree in south and north respectively.
Fishmongers are warned to be careful of the sea as it may seem rough today.
