Accra Hearts of Oak have made some important signings ahead of the 2022/23 Ghana Premier League season.
The Phobians roped in the services of several players across the continent to augment their squad for next season which starts on Saturday, September 10.
Accra Hearts of Oak were on top of their game last two seasons where they swept the board, beating rivals, Asante Kotoko to all the titles.
Hearts of Oak won the 2020/21 Ghana Premier League season much to the happiness of the teeming fans of the club nationwide.
The Phobians went ahead to claim the double after beating now demoted AshantiGold through the penalty shootouts to win their 11th FA Cup title.
Hearts of Oak saw an entire full time and the extra time end goalless and they dug deep to beat AshantiGold 8-7 on penalty shootouts at the Accra Sports Stadium.
The feat was their 12th FA Cip title, a record that extends three ahead of rivals, Asante Kotoko who are on nine titles.
The Phobians signed former West Africa Football Academy central defender, Konadu Yiadom and finally the player arrives at the club and he dreams of winning trophies with the Rainbow club.
“I chose the best team in our league because I have to achieve my career ambitions.
“This is where the aim will be most fulfilled. It’s a dream come true.” Konadu Yiadom told Hearts of Oak’s social media handle.
