The former member of parliament for Okaikwei South constituency, Nana Akomea has sent some messages to Okudzeto Ablakwa, MP for North Tongu constituency.
In an interview on Good Morning Ghana show on Metro TV this morning, Nana Akomea, who was a guest on the show made it clear to Okudzeto Ablakwa, who was also a guest on the show that he should stop his ‘needless’ comments about Ghana’s presidential jet.
According to him, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa usually find ways and means to speak evil about the president. He added that Okudzeto Ablakwa always tell the president that he should fly in his presidential jet or travel in a commercial plane. However, if the president heeds to his advise and travel in a commercial flight, the same Okudzeto Ablakwa will come back and say that the country is ‘broke’ and it is the reason the president is now traveling commercial.
Nana Akomea told Okudzeto Ablakwa in the face that all his recent comments and revelations about the presidential jet are needless. He urged him to ask better questions and stop making needless comments about the presidential jet. Okudzeto Ablakwa was silent for a while as he listened to Nana Akomea’s message or reaction carefully.
“It is completely needless. People appreciate you for what you are doing about the conversation about the presidential jet. But if you are not careful, you can get carried away. If you had just stocked to the questions that he is asking for clarification, no one would have a problem with him.”
” man flies on a commercial jet that you have been advocating, you still come here and say that he is probably doing that because the money is finished. And even that you said the president delayed the commercial flight. So you always mix the propaganda and it dilutes and distorts your advocacy in this matter” he said.
