The immediate past New Patriotic Party’s Parliamentary Candidate for Kpone-Katamanso Constituency, Hopeson Yaovi Adorye has reacted to the recent display by his wife at the just ended concert organised Stonebwoy in Ashiaman. He also used the opportunity to send message to those criticising and ‘attacking’ his wife after the concert.
Speaking on Okay FM this morning, Hopeson Adorye made it clear that people should stop attacking his wife because she has not done anything bad. According to him, those individuals attacking his wife wish to have a wife like Empress Gifty. He added that people usually tend to spread negative news about people because they feel jealous about them.
“That’s one the problems of Ghanaians. People sit somewhere and give unnecessary comments about what others are doing. Moreover, those people wish to have her as well. If you don’t want to make someone popular, never speak evil about the person” he stated

This comes after Gospel musician, Gifty Adorye, who is popularly known as Empress Gifty came under heavy criticism following her dressing and performance at the recently held ‘Ashaiman to the World concert’.
Following this concert, many social media users have been bashing her and asking why a Gospel musician who is supposed to win souls for Christ is dressing ‘indecently’ and wearing tight attire showing off her huge figure.
Hopeson Adorye sees nothing wrong with what his wife did and has urged the ‘attackers’ to mind their own businesses. He believes that his wife is a gift from God and she will never do anything which will be against God’s will.
