A 20 years old lady named Helena Konadu met her boyfriend known as Kofi Tawiah at Feyiase a year ago. The man went to meets her mother and even promised to help her learn dressmaking before she agreed to date him. Helena said she became happy about her boyfriend’s intention to help her in life, she too agreed to date him and he took care of her as he promised. The young lady revealed that her boyfriend didn’t allow her to visit him in his house because he was staying in an uncompleted building and was not having light in his house.
But her boyfriend always sleeps with her room at her family house. Six months after she conceived for him the man stopped picking up her calls. Life became very difficult for her, getting her daily meals was a problem for her. Helena added that it was her friends who used to buy food for her. One day she used her mother’s phone to call and pleaded with him to take care of her. Tawia pitied her and sent only ghc100 to her. He also paid her hospital bills after she gave birth.
But Kofi didn’t visit her or even give her money to take care of the child. Three months later she met him at midnight, she again pleaded with him to start catering for their baby. The young lady claims that, the man sent her to his house to spend the night with him before he gave her Ghc150. Helena added her boyfriend has not been taken care of their child and she too is not working to support herself so she wants Tawia to start performing his responsibility as a father and also help her to learn the dressmaking as he promised her a year ago.
