Accra Hearts of Oak are preparing adequately for the new season. The club is not leaving any stone unturned as they intensify their training schedule ahead of the upcoming campaign.

The rainbow club has been spotted using a bench for training as the picture from the training grounds has gone viral.

The goalkeepers together with their trainer were spotted in the picture using the bench. Four goalkeepers the trainer had all raised their legs in a recovery process. The bench appears to have given them an elevation having gone through training regimen.

Accra Hearts of Oak have opened a second phase of their preseason in Ashanti Region. After arriving in the Ashanti Region, the club has been involved in series of friendly matches.

They intend to wrap up preparations and veer into the Ghana Premier League with the needed force. Accra Hearts of Oak will be playing Aduana Stars in the opening fixture of the season.
