Accra Hearts of Oak star midfielder Salifu Ibrahim joins team in Kumasi for pre-season after injury

Accra Hearts of Oak star midfielder Salifu Ibrahim has joined the club’s pre-season program in Kumasi as they continue with their preparations for the start of the new season.

The player has been injured for some time and, missed the second round of their campaign last season.

Ibrahim, has been declared fit by the club’s medics after enduring a painful recovery process which required ample treatment.

The player, helped Hearts of Oak win the League and Cup double in the campaign of 2020/21, but, was solely missed for the majority of the last campaign.

Salifu Ibrahim will look to build on his fitness level to be in shape for the start of the new campaign which promises to be tough.

Coach Samuel Boadu will welcome the inclusion of Salifu Ibrahim into his squad with great hope as they aim to impress on all fronts next season.

Accra Hearts of Oak will compete in the Ghana Premier League, (GPL) and the FA Cup competition next season with their place in the CAF Confederation Cup also assured.
