A leading member of the ruling NPP, Gabby Otchere-Darko Darko has defended Nhyira FM (Multimedia) on the alleged $2000 paid by John Mahama to one of their journalist, Nana Kwadwo Jantuah.
In a post shared on his official Facebook page on Saturday, 3rd September 2022, Gabby wrote that those criticising Multimedia as being a “clearing agent” are not fair.” He stated that, Multimedia needs a Concrete” or “clear evidence” as stated in their press release.
“And, here, those who made the allegation are either not prepared to substantiate it or have been simply persuaded by their own misjudgment to retract. What is Multimedia supposed to do under these circumstances? Fire their star journalist over a false allegation? Let’s learn to move on.” Gabby remarked.
