[1D1F] Alan Kyerematen Joined Nana Addo In Creating Jobs For The Youth With New Commissioning

Honorable minister for trade Alan John Kwadwo Kyerematen joined His Excellency President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, to commission the Appeb Cylinder Manufacturing Company at Awutu Senya West Constituency of the Central Region.

The is into the manufacturing of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) cylinders under the flagship industrialization programme, the One District One Factory (1D1F) initiative. 

Appeb Company is the largest LPG cylinder manufacturer in Ghana, in terms of production capacity with an installed capacity of 4000-5000 max (6kg/15kg) gas cylinders per day. 

The current production capacity is about 2000 cylinders per day due to the current market demand for the exquisite homemade artifact initiated by the Nana Addo-led administration.

The has created direct job opportunities for 120 youth with more than 300 indirect workers. At full production capacity, employment is expected to increase to 250 direct jobs and more than 500 indirect job opportunities.

This is part of the many promises made by the Nana Addo-led administration in swerving Ghanaians with a benefiting firm in every district in the country.

We can say that delivery is gradually on course with the level of dedication attached to this initiative from President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo and Dr Mahamdu Bawumia leadership.
