“Nobody can fire me; I’m fully back in NDC politics, Koku Anyidoho declares.

Koku Anyidoho, former Deputy General Secretary of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), has announced his return to active politics and challenged “nobody” to expel him from the main opposition party.

As a result, he has rejected the decision of the NDC’s Functional Executive Committee (FEC) to expel him from the party following a recommendation from the National Disciplinary Committee.

The National Democratic Congress (NDC) dismissed the party’s former general secretary, Koku Anyidoho, from the party on July 21, 2021, citing misconduct and anti-party behavior in violation of Article 48(1)(9)(a) of the party’s constitution.

However, following a back-and-forth between Koku Anyidoho and the party, the outspoken politician has announced his return to active politics in the NDC because he has not been sacked and has clarified that no one can sack him from the party.

In a series of tweets, he stated his intention to reclaim what legitimately belongs to the party from those who have hijacked it.

“No one has fired me from NDC, and no one can fire me from NDC.” “I am back in full swing in NDC politics, and we will not pay any ransom to those who have hijacked our party: we will reclaim what is rightfully ours. “Revo Revo Revolution has a long way to go, but it’s here to stay.”

“The House Cleaning Exercise Has Begun in the NDC: We Shall Sweep Out the Charlatans; Restore Dignity to the NDC; and Appease the Souls of the True Fallen Fighters and Founding Fathers/Mothers of the Revolution.” Walahi! Anyidoho declares in a tweet, “Aluta continua.”

The Executive Director of the Anyidoho Institute has also taken issue with the NDC’s incumbent General Secretary, Asiedu Nketiah, demanding evidence to support his dismissal from the party.

“Let Asiedu-Nketiah provide material evidence as to the steps that allegedly led to him having a mental masturbation and dreaming that he has sacked me from the NDC,” Samuel Koku Anyidoho says, questioning Asiedu Nketiah.
