The former special prosecutor whiles leaving office addressed the media that he was forced to do somethings that he was not ready to do.
This was a shame and disgrace to Nana Addo’s government after the privileges they felt they had given him to serve as a special prosecutor went sideways. Above all, the Npp felt betrayed because of the manner in which he, Martin Amidu resigned.
Kissi Agyabeng after taking the position from him after his resignation has been working tirelessly and prosecuting people in government and in some of the highest places of this land. This is sending mixed signals to Ghanaians on the claims by Martin Amidu that Nana Addo only tried to cover up corrupt activities.
The questions being asked is that why will Nana Addo take legal actions against the prosecuted men in his government if the former prosecutor was prevented from doing his work? Was all of this purported to destroy the image of the president to score political point for opposition parties as revealed by the Npp? Was Martin Amidu really telling the truth about Nana Addo or lying to Ghanaians this whole time?
