As a private businessman, the CEO of McDan has contributed immensely to the economic development of the country. McDan has made an applaudable impact across various sectors of the country; from Shipping to Airlines to Salt Mining.
Despite calls for the businessman to divert into politics, the CEO of McDan has indicated that he is a businessman and not a politician.
The CEO of McDan has, however, made some patriotic comments and suggestions. According to him, the Songhor export project will take in more dollars to stabilize the cedi.
Whilst some Ghanaians believe that he has good intentions for his country, many Ghanaians believe that his assessment is an interesting one.
Some citizens have indicated that the country’s gold resources were not exploited to resolve the cedi depreciation and they do not see any miracle coming with the salt mining.
