Kwame A-Plus Drops A Fresh Twist On The Death Of The Man Who Was Allegedly “Devoured” By A Lion

Ghanaians were relieved when there was a release that the earlier the rumors that a lion had escaped its den in the Achimota Forest were refuted. Despite the relief and sudden reduction of the rate of panic of the Achimota residents, the ensuing news that followed, that a man was killed by the said lion after the man hopped into the lion’s den, has gotten a lot of Ghanaians to react.

The latest to react is Kwame A-Plus, a social media activist. Kwame A-Plus expressed his complete disagreement with the claim that the man was killed by a lion. According to him, it was fundamentally wrong to conclude that because a deceased person was found in a lions cage, he/she was killed by a lion. He gave a scenario that when someone is found drowning on a river, does that mean that he died because he drowned.

It is based on this premise that Kwame A-Plus boldly declared that an autopsy be done on the dead man and the police should quickly and with all urgency, investigate the death of the man.

“You cannot conclude that because a deceased person was found in a lions cage, he/she was killed by a lion. That is extremely pedestrian; finding a dead body afloat doesn’t always mean the victim drowned. There must be an autopsy to find out if there is water in the lungs to prove whether the victim was breathing (alive) at the time he/she was in the water or died before he/she was thrown in the water to conceal evidence, etc. Same must be applied in this very case. Let the police investigate “

The call from Kwame A-Plus is a show of genuine concern for the family of the deceased and the authorities must see it just as a show of genuine concern and nothing else.
