Ghana’s poster boy, Mohammed Kudus has been at the center of transfer news as the forward tries to force a move out of Ajax.
The player has seen his game time limited under new Ajax coach and the desire to have enough minutes to prepare adequately for the world cup, the player has hinted his intention to leave the club.
Many clubs across Europe have sounded out their interest in getting the player. However, Everton are the only ones who have officially registered their interest. The English Premier League side have offered both permanent and loan deals to the Netherlands based club.
According to reports, these offers from Everton have been rejected as Ajax have no interest in letting the player leave the club. Ajax are reluctant to sanction this deal as their other winger, Antony is on the verge of leaving the club.
The club sees that with the potential exit of Antony, Kudus could be able to get more game time. Although his exit is not completely ruled out, Ajax will only approve the deal if they are able to sign players before the closure of the transfer window on Thursday.
Kudus is expected to be one of the names in the squad for Ghana at the world cup in November.
