Mahama Shares The Response Of John Abu Jinapor To President Nana Addo

A general observation of the behavior of the Former President, John Dramani Mahama, is that after he lost in either the 2016 and/or the 2020 election, he has limited his interferences in the works of the NDC Members of Parliament who have constituted into the governance process of the Nana Addo led administration. The only time Mahama’s voice was loudest was when the issue of the passage of e-levy became controversial. Mahama had no choice but to mount platforms to “order” the MPs to do everything in their power so that the e-levy will not be passed.

Today, Mahama did the unexpected of sharing a disclaimer and letter from John Jinapor to Ghanaians on his Facebook page. It is undisputable that Mahama has one of the biggest social media platform that reaches a majority of Ghanaians and people in the diaspora who are part of the social media family. The letter from John Jinapor was in response to the earlier claims by the President when he stormed his constituency.

We all know that the President, over these past few days, was on a working visit to the Northern Regions and he made it a point to visit of the the constituencies there, which happens to be the constituency led by John Jinapor. A simple question from the Chief to Nana Addo on when he, Nana Addo, will fulfill his promise to the people that he will create a new district and establish a new Senior High School in Kusawgu, saw President giving flimsy excuses which metamorphosed into blaming the NDC MP for been the sole reason why development has stalled in that area.

All what John Jinapor did was to prove to the people of Ghana that all what he said was force. The information pulled out by John strongly revealed that Nana Addo has failed in continuing the projects Mahama did when he was President. Read letter.
