Comfort Tawiah, a young Ghanaian woman of 29 years of age has been deformed by her boyfriend over a little misunderstanding. The boyfriend, Ishmael Asiso Aboku poured acid on his girlfriend Comfort Tawiah. According to the report, this young man is 34 years old and he lives happily with his girlfriend in Awutu Bawjiase until their recent fight.
If you watch the screenshots from the video in this article, you can see that the acid has deformed this young lady to the extent that she cannot see. Her entire face and the topmost part of her body are destroyed. After pouring acid on his girlfriend, Ishmael Asiso Aboku took her to the hospital and promised family members that he will take care of the lady.
But the doctors’ reports to the family indicate that the acid he poured on their family member, Comfort Tawiah has caused permanent damage to her eyes. The family after this news from the doctors reported the case to the police station even though Ishmael Asiso Aboku has promised to take care of Comfort Tawiah.
The police after getting information about this incident quickly attempted to arrest Ishmael Asiso Aboku. The suspect decided to run away with his car after he saw the police but the police shot his car tyre and they arrested him.
Investigation concerning this sad incident is still ongoing as the police service is arranging for Ishmael Asiso Aboku to fave a court trial soon. Some Ghanaians after seeing this video said that these incidents are becoming too much in the country.
