Ajax Rejected The Fresh Bid From Manchester United, Making Antony Unhappy.

Fabrizio Romano report Ajax have turned down Manchester United’s second bid worth €90million for Anthony. Ajax had earlier refused to accept an €80million bid for 22-year-old, which prompt man united to raise the offer.

90min understands the Red Devils are about €2million short of what Ajax want. Other outlets have, meanwhile, claimed they won’t budge from €100million price tag. Although the Red Devils share a good relationship with the Eredivisie Giants, they are reluctant to sell Antony after losing several player Lisandro Martinez.

Sky sports and Fabrizio Romano have confirmed that Manchester United remain in talks with the Ajax despite the rejection. Antony himself is keen on joining Manchester United and is reportedly unhappy about the second bid being turned down.

Romano claims that Antony made it clear during today’s discussion that he wants to depart Amsterdam. Since the player is still bound by his contract with Ajax, the club has the option of choosing not to consider any offers.
