The famous broadcast journalist and Masters of Ceremony, Kwasi Kyei Darkwah, has revealed that his father has given him some feedbacks concerning his recent “ranting” on the various television stations. It is true that it is very unusual that all of a sudden, KKD has begun slamming the NPP and making some serious allegations about some personalities in the party.
KKD revealed that the main reason why he has suddenly broken his silence is because, he has lived his life to the fullest and now, he does not care if his life is taken. All what matters according to him is that, he is fighting for the next generation to come.
KKD further revealed that his father has given him feedback on his unusual ranting. He narrated that one morning, his father called him and told him straight in the face that some big politicians have begun calling him. He also added that some of his old friends were also calling him.
“My father called me one morning…and…he said, ‘my beloved Kwasi Kyei, what have you gone to say that is making old politicians and my old friends calling me?’ “, he narrated.
He added, “‘Kwasi I have watched the video…they will kill you…they will kill you. The corrupt and liars hate people who speak the truth. They will kill you. But Kwasi Kyei, my advice is to you is that all you said is the truth, so continue’”, he added.
Many people have advised KKD to be very cautious because what importance is there if you loose your life and corruption still persists. After all, when you are remembered for speaking against corruption and you are not around to hear it, how will it benefit you? Also, the likes of Sam Jonah have spoken and yet the government has remained adamant and they have refused to listen to advice.
