One of Italy’s brightest prospects at the youth level of club and country, Cesare Casadei has reportedly been signed by Chelsea from Inter Milan on a six-year contract.
Built in physic and great in the air, the 19-year-old is considered a complete midfielder -set for a new challenge with fellow international mate Jorginho.
Having been with Inter Milan since 2018, Casadei drew attention to himself from last season’s outstanding performance, where he scored 16 goals in 38 appearances – helping the U19 side win the national championship.
According to reports sighted, the 30-year-old has agreed on personal terms with the “Red Devils” and has communicated with teammates on his new adventure as he set to reunite with former teammate – Raphael Varane at Old Trafford.
Very quenching news for Manchester United, however, he will miss Liverpool’s encounter on Monday as they are eyeing their first win of the season following two series of defeats.
