Okay FM’s Akosua Ago Aboagye Vindicates Mahama And Sends A Strong Message To Both NPP And NDC

The poor performance of the Ghanaian Cedis against the United States Dollars and other currencies has brought about controversies in the Ghanaian political atmosphere.

According to a popular News pundit of Okay Fm, Akosua Ago Aboagye, she has vindicated the former President of the Republic of Ghana, Mr. John Dramani Mahama.

It can be recalled that, when John Dramani Mahama was the President of Ghana with a bit of presidential experience, Nana Akufo-Addo did not have any of such experience but Nana Akufo-Addo threw shades at John Mahama to stabilize the Cedis against the Dollars.

John Mahama who had enough experience than Akufo-Addo back then admitted that, “Nana Akufo-Addo has not been on the Presidential seat so he’s naive about what he keeps saying about stabilizing the Cedis against the dollars”.

Now Nana Akufo-Addo is the President and the Ghana Cedis has been performing poorly against the US dollars. Following this, Akosua Ago Aboagye has vindicated Mahama in a way that, being on the Presidential seat is different from staying in opposition.

She said recently on Okay FM’s Ade Akye Abia morning show;

”When Mahama was the President, Akufo-Addo and his people said we are blessed with money yet we are hungry. Mahama told them being on the Presidential seat is different from staying in opposition. When you are on the seat, there you will realize it’s not easy. People criticized Mahama for saying this. Now Akufo-Addo and his Vice are in governance and they want Ghanaians to understand them on why the Cedi is not performing well. Mahama wanted you to understand him at that time too. NPP and NDC must give each other grace.”

Akosua Has therefore vindicated John Dramani Mahama against Nana Akufo-Addo and the NPP.
