Johnnie Hughes’ message sparks reactions.

New Day on TV3 network becomes one of Ghanaians and world widely watched tv program every weekday from 6:00am to 10:00am. Hosted with an intellectual journalist or broadcaster , Johnnie Hughes.

Johnnie attended and completed in Ghana, the Institute of Journalism and Institute of Commercial Management in the UK where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations Advanced Diploma Business Studies and a Diploma in Journalism and media studies respectively. 

Aggregating participating in Political news, on the Wednesday, 17th August ,2022 has sparked aggressive reactions among Ghanaians and political parties ( thus ,those in power and opposition)

The NPP government as the leading party, promised the people of Ghana living a comfortable life particularly catering for the rent allowances to all working Ghanaian youths. An initiative which was solemnly drawn by the President, Nana Addo Dankwah Akuffo Addo and delivered by one of his practitioners to have this implemented for Ghanaians when voted into power.

Johnnie Hughes: “these words have become a thin of the past”. To back this issue with a different initiative, the Agric Minister who once stormed the TV3 New Day was asked , pertaining his Agricultural Ministration work, what effectiveness has the One village ,One Dam being so far.

Mr. Owusu Afriyie replied, ” That was just a slogan”

Currently the issues in Ghana are more than the President and his country can carry. Currently , there’s an increment in water , tariffs, high exchange rate , and unsafe environments.

This alone depicted how President Akuffo Addo and his team have drastically mismanaged the economy. Johnnie Hughes sighted , whilst we talk of our current problems, Dr. Mahamadu Bawumia and his fellows indicate past issues ( COVID-19 and Russia-Ukraine war)
