Former Parliamentary Candidate of Kpone-Katamanso Constituency, Hopeson Adorye has been in the news for some days now. He has been in the news after his comment he made about the tradition of the NPP during the “Eduru wo so” health walk went viral. Supporters of Vice President Mahamudu Bawumia has chastised Hopeson Adorye and have called his comment a “tribalistic” comment.

Today, Hopeson Adorye has spoken about his comments and have also boldly stated that no one in the political party can sanction him.
Speaking on Oyerepa TV‘s Morning programme OBT Agenda with Kwesi Parker Wilson , Hopeson Adorye made it clear that he can’t be sanctioned by the party for publicly declaring his support for Trade Minister, Alan Kojo Kyeremateng. He explained that he is not an executive of the party or holds any position in the party so no one can sanction him.
