Ghana Premier League club, Accra Great Olympics say the exit of their coach, Annor Walker will not affect the club.
Annor Walker managed to transform Accra Great Olympics into a formidable force, tormenting the top guns in the Ghana Premier League.
Annor Walker has joined newly promoted club, Samartex from the two time Ghana Premier League champions ahead of next season.
He leaves a side laiden with a some good players ahead of the 2022/23 Ghana Premier League season but that will be under a different coach.
Annor Walker had been working with ex-Hearts of Oak winger, Yaw Preko and Yaw Preko will take charge of the club ahead of next season.
Spokesperson for Accra Great Olympics, Saint Osei believes Yaw Preko will be a good replacement for the departed Annor Walker.
“The absence of Annor Walker is never going to affect us”.
“Because Yaw has worked with Great Olympics in the absence of Annor Walker and then he did quite well with the club with that short stint”.
“We believe with the necessary support from management and board and supporters, he is going to do more exploits”.
