An international music concert, ‘Global Citizen Festival, will be in Ghana to drum home the call to end poverty around the world.
The event is scheduled to come off on the 24th of September 2022, at the historic Black Star Square in Accra.
The event will feature international and Ghanaian entertainment namely, RnB giant Usher Raymond, H.E.R, Stormzy, Sarkodie, Stonebwoy, SZA, Gyakie and many more.
According to the managers of the event, the Black Star Square has a symbolic meaning which adds to the cause of the fight against poverty.
The Global Citizen Festival, through social media, has called on everyone to support this fight against poverty.
The initiative also seeks action on gender-related issues for girls, environmental safety and preservation for the planet, and the eradication of poverty for humanity.
