Ghana Meteorological Agency in its daily weather updates comes your way today.
According to the agency responsible for the weather, North-East and Upper East of Ghana are currently experiencing rains in the region in this early hours of the morning.
The other surroundings of these areas are as well likely to see thunderstorms with few isolations of rainfall as the day progresses.
Late noon is also likely to enjoy few of the rains.
As a result of the weather, essential towns in the northern part of Ghana are expected to see cloudy conditions.
The said towns and cities include: Wa, Damongo, Bole, Tamale, Yendi, and other immediate environs.
Bolgatanga and Nalerigu will both see TSRA (40).
Further, late noon in the Northern sector will continue with the cloudiness in the atmosphere and it’s possible to shift further to the evening.
This conditions leaves the average temperature of 23 degrees in the Northern Ghana.
More to this, cloudiness again is expected to cover many parts of the southern sectors of the country.
Currently, places such as; Aflao, Accra, Kasoa, Cape Coast, Takoradi, Axim, Ho, Koforidua, Obuasi, Akim Oda, Kumasi, Bekwai are engulfed in cloudiness.
This causes the temperature to be pegged at 24 degrees in the southern part.
Rains with likely thunderstorms would be experienced in the evening.
It is unlikely to experience sunny day in any part of the country.
This will cover virtually all parts of the country. Leaving the average temperature in the evening at 25 degrees.
The roughness of the sea remains so. This is issued at 0500 UTC.
