It Will Be Difficult For Me To Campaign For NPP In Ashanti Region In 2024- Kusi Boafo Reveals

The people of Ashanti Region has called on the government to construct roads and other social amenities for the region. Their demand for the social amenities and development is as a result of the region lacking major projects in the region. According to the people, the region is the “vote bank” of the New Patriotic Party and hence they deserve better.

Today, Mr Thomas Kusi Boafo, who is the CEO of Public Sector Reforms has added his voice to the demands of the people. He has boldly stated that it will difficult for him to campaign for the New Patriotic Party in 2024 elections. According to him, if the roads in Ashanti Region are not constructed on time, he will even feel shy to go out to tell people something about the party.

Mr Kusi Boafo revealed that he has met with President Nana Addo Danquah Akuffo-Addo and Vice President Mahamudu Bawumia and has told them the plight of the people.After Mr Kusi Boafo has finished speaking on the roads in Kumasi and how it will be difficult for him to go out publicly to campaign for the NPP, he stated that, many people look down on him and say he does no work in Ghana.

He revealed that he is the one who calls the shot and whenever he insists on things to be done correctly, they are done.
