The Former HIV/AIDS ambassador, Joyce Dzidzor Mensah has expressed her disappointment in the President of the Republic of Ghana, His Excellency Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo. She mimics the legendary Lucky Dube and utilized his song titled “The Hand That Giveth”. Her message to President Akufo-Addo was very simple and that is the President has forgotten about the poor people in the country.
She used the video of some children who were recently seen on social media looking for food at the refuse dump to eat. According to Joyce, President AKufo-Addo has forgotten about the hand that brought him to power. Now, these people and their children are really suffering; even what to eat is difficult for them.
Joyce Dzidzor Mensah also shows the natural resources Ghana has but yet still leadership are not able to solve common problems in the country. She displayed timber, gold, diamond, and crude oil among others in her video and sent a message to President Akufo-Addo that he should look at all these natural resources God has blessed the country with. Yet still, we have children looking for food at the refuse dump to eat.
Some Ghanaians after coming across this video said that she has really done well and they agreed with the video she has made for President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo. The President has forgotten about all the promises he made to Ghanaians before being given the mantle. This is so sad.
