Liberty Professionals Captain, Nathaniel Paul Kwame, is relishing a return to the premier league status with Liberty Professionals thanks to a play-off’s in pursuit for AshGold’s replacement due to demotion last season.
Kwame, believes this is their best berth for premier league return after missing out qualification by just a point in last season’s Division One league.
“When we heard of the play-off, we quickly came back and re-organized ourselves. We are determined to use this opportunity to come back to the premier league”, he noted.
“It was really tough during the division one. We were really down the last day because we thought we could qualify but it didn’t happen”.
“Mentality we’re very prepared because we know what is at stake. We know as a team and as players we know the club we’re playing for”.
Liberty Professionals have already defeated Dwarfs in the first play game awaiting Tamale City.
