The Deputy Director General made this pronouncement to the National Association of Graduate Teachers (NAGRAT) president, Mr Angel Carbonou on phone.

This comes after the Leadership of the Coalition of Newly Recruited Teachers visited the NAGRAT president who made a phone call to the Deputy Director General of GES to ask for the cause of the delay.

“The next batch of staff IDs will capture all newly recruited teachers and the reason for the delay was as a result of individual differences in the date of the assumption of duty”, Coalition of Newly Recruited Teachers said.

The staff IDs are said to be released on 11th of August, 2022. This is to cover all recruited teachers without the IDs. The Biometrics will start from 15th August to End of the month so Teachers can be paid in September.
