Bawumia Goes To Mosque; Reiterate His Commitment To Allah As He Joined To Commission New Mosque

The vice President of the Republic of Ghana, His excellency Dr Mahamadu Bawumia today joined his fellow Muslims to worship Allah.

All Muslims gather during Fridays to observe the Jummah prayers, and the vice president is not exception.

Dr Mahamadu Bawumia joined the National Chief Imam, Sheikh Osman Nuhu Sharubutu and fellow Muslims for the prayers and also the commissioning of the Sheikh Sharubutu Mosque and School complex at Ablekuma Joma.  

In the vice president’s address, he stated that the chief imams, Sheikh Sharubutu has been a champion of community and national development, especially in education, and these latest charity works attest to his commitment to service to humanity. 

He said the national Chief immam has been his role model and he is constantly humbled and inspired by Sheikh Sharubutu’s prolific and unstinting charitable works. 

The vice President also urged his fellow Muslims to Patriotic and observe maintenance culture to ensure that the mosque will serve it’s purpose for even the future generations to come and benefit.

He prayed for the Chief immam that may the Almighty Allah reward him.
