New Patriotic Party’s Awal Mohammed who contested for their National Nasara Coordinator position has revealed some unknown facts about Kwame Nkrumah. According to Awal Mohammed, Kwame Nkrumah isn’t the founder of Ghana as majority of people know.
Awal buttressed his secret point with a tangible explanation. He explained that, there are many people who started the struggle for Ghana’s independence before Kwame Nkrumah was invited to join the fight.
Awal added that, we can only have FOUNDERS’ of Ghana and not only one person ( Kwame Nkrumah) who is touted as the sole founder.
Awal Mohammed added that, facts are really sacred. People should therefore watch out for more revelations.
The debate about Kwame Nkrumah been labelled as the founder of Ghana has been quashed. Myself, I can’t wrap my head around that lie. This is because one person can never achieve such a feat of independence for Ghana. It took many people and they must be recognised. Many people even died in the struggle for independence.
To say Kwame Nkrumah was the first President is undisputed. But to say he is the founder of Ghana is a big false.
