A Muslim woman from Ghana whose voice became a meme after being overheard saying “Subhanallah Sanu Nana Kafra” on a video has been located and has explained what transpired before that recording.
Hajia Fuuta claimed that her family had purchased a cow for slaughter during the holiday season, but the animal was so powerful that it kicked one of the men (Nana) who was taking it to the slaughterhouse.
In an interview with the YouTube channel Mam Online, she said that the actress Afia Schwarzenegger was responsible for the video’s success.

“I was recording a video and before I knew it, the cow had hit Nana with its legs straight to the ground. I immediately shouted ‘Subhanallah Sanu , Nana kafra’. At that time, a young lady standing beside me also shouted ‘the animal is so strong’. That video was recorded about three to four years,” Hajia Faatu disclosed in an interview.
Soon after, other Africans using social media fell in love with the music and began incorporating it into their hilarious skits. Unfortunately, after the recording got public, some people claimed ownership of it.
