The former president, John Dramani Mahama is building a team and his confidence in a way that will he threatening and intimidating in the coming elections. The former president is building himself ahead of the elections and it is obvious that the new patriotic party are helping him achieve this. Mahama has for the past few months flooded the internet with beautiful gestures and comments that will be hard to override by any other people in politics at the moment.
There are other competitive personalities in the race but Mahama’s smart moves with the help of the Ndc is a top notch and applaudable. Building a person for the people is a key move by political parties. This is because by the time of elections, these people have familiarized with the people and have won their hearts. And this seems to be something that the Ndc is doing easily.
How is the new patriotic party helping the former president in building his confidence and a team that will be threatening to the parties? The new patriotic party are currently giving Mahama and the Ndc more room to speak about things that Ghanaians are already uncomfortable with.
Mahama is being hailed as having inflation maintained on a very low percentage as compared to the unexpected rise in inflation in this country. Professional economists have alleged that Ghana is on the way to a 50 percent rise in inflation whiles some economists in this country are trying to prove otherwise.
Mahama has been seen contributing to the country’s growth and economy whiles availing himself for economic advice if the president and his team would agree to it. Well, he is scoring some political points with all these moves. Even though an analysis made due to the current movements by him, it does not guarantee the Ndc a sure win without further work.
