We Learnt The Borrowing From Your Government: Ghanaians React As Tilapia’s Art Goes Viral

You can’t just take it away from tilapia the cartoonist whenever he brings out his artistic expression into play, by carving out political happenings in the country.

Today, he delved into the controversial matter surrounding the sim card re-registration and how many are happily waiting for their sim card to be deactivated.

The minister in charge, Ursula Owusu initiated that whosoever owes quick loan will somehow be found and persecuted accordingly.

Here’s how Ghanaians reacted to tilapia’s cartoon art:

• We as Ghanaians learned this behavior from the current government where you serve as a minister. Whenever your government stops borrowing, we will borrow and pay too.

• This is funny. But my question is why should we use a number to register our Ghana card then have to use the card and re-register that same number and if you fail your number would be blocked? Now, what will happen to the number that you have used to register the card?

• How many are still residents in their last GPS-tracked locations? How many can be found after throwing the sims away? Make the situation easier for people to pay back rather.
