Gabby Otchere-Darko has added his voice to the ongoing chaos over the Ghana card and registration of sim cards. The sim card registration has become a major issue in the country. People have come to understand that the government in some way is not ready to let the telcos lose the number of people registered on their network.
The Ghana card is scheduled to end in September after it was earlier scheduled to end this month. People have reacted to this and Ursula Owusu is not having it easy with Ghanaians.
People have reacted to this in a very different way and everyone seems to be displeased with it. State officials have reacted to this as well and this has made this more intense and trendy. Gabby Otchere-Darko in his reaction to this as well has revealed that it is only reasonable that government takes this decision.
Government is not ready to let people lose their sim cards, he stated. He added that this decision is taken because people are confused and have had little or no time to go about this registration process.
