The National Democratic Congress, National Youth organizer hopeful Mr. Henry Osei has slammed the minister of communication and digitization Ursula Owusu.
According to Mr. Henry Osei Akoto, the minister of communication digitization should stop the arrogance and act like an 18-year-old son who she claimed is wiser than the former president Mr. John Mahama.
He argued that any attempt to deactivate SIM cards is going to destabilize this country, adding that at the moment, if the ministry goes ahead to disconnect SIM cards, the shot is going to affect about 15 million Ghanaians. Is there for asking as a matter of urgency that Ursula Owusu pay heed to the public outcry and give some grace period for the people to receive their necessary NIA cards and connect their cards with convenience?
Mr. Henry Osei Akoto said, “Disconnecting sim cards of about 15 million Ghanaians will destabilize the country. Ursula Owusu should stop the arrogance and act like her 18-year-old son, who she touted, had more sense than Mahama. NIA has printed 16 million cards. What should the 14 million Ghanaians do?
